We can help you save money on your accommodation cost by renting our apartment located in Annemasse, 1mn walk from the train station that takes to the heart of Geneva in a 23 minutes train ride.  You may have come to enjoy the French ski resorts of Saint Gervais, Chamonix, Avoriaz, Porte du Soleil, and you also plan to hop on and off Switzerland ? Our accommodation can suit your need. Located only 1mn walk from the Annemasse train station, that is only a 23mn ride to Geneva, and connects Evian les Bains in 40mn. From this station, you can also access the beautiful city of Annecy and even go skiing in Saint-Gervais without needing a car or enjoy the thermal baths ! If, on the other hand, you plan to visit for business, that's all good as well to stay in our apartment where you'll benefit from a lower accommodation price compared to Switzerland while having Geneva, Versoix, Nyon, Coppet cities in direct line by train. From there you also connect to the Swiss railway to reach Lausanne, Neuchatel, Berne, etc.

Annemasse is constlanty evolving. For several years, projects aiming at improving the infrastructure have been implemented. As a result, Annemasse is on the forefront of the development of the Arc Lemanique or Grand Geneve on the French side.

The city center has been redesigned as part of the urban policies to allow a comfortable everyday life that encourages building links between the residents and allowing them to avail of all needed amenities. Our apartment is located closed to everything you may need during your trip:

• Located 1mn walk from the Annemasse train station
• Located 5mn walk from the city center : bakery, restaurants, bars, groceries store, banks with numerous ATM machines, post office, pharmacies
• Located 10mn walk from the Annemasse city hall
• Located 15mn by car from the shoping centre Migros Shopping Etrembieres : H&M, Go Sport, Promod, Body Minute, Etam, Claires, Naf Naf, Migros, Jeff de Bruges, Undiz, Yves Rocher.
• Located 10mn by car from the Annemasse / Ville-la-Grand shopping area, for house design furniture and decoration (Leroy Merlin, Darty, But, Maison des Ursules, Casa, Brico Depot) et groceries / leisure: Decathlon, Casino, etc.
• There is a large police office 15mn walk from the apartment

Haute-Savoie is one of the most visited area of France. You will find in the train station relevant information on the locan and current agenda of cultural events and touristic animations.
